Responsible handling of personal data has a high priority for the Flensburg University of Applied Science. Therefore we inform you when we collect data and how we use them. The privacy policy informs you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within our online offer as a whole as well as the services you have selected.

Which data are recorded and processed

(1) Server-Log (Access/Error)
The server automatically collects and stores information in log files that are automatically transmitted to the server by the browser.

  • Complete IP address of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Referrer-URL (Address of the website from which you came to the current page)
  • Information about the browser and operating system: type and version

This data will not be merged with other data. The server log files are - depending on the log file size - stored for approx. 7 days and remain in the backup for another 30 days.

The processing of the data is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR (e.g. DSGVO), which allows the processing of data to safeguard legitimate interests.

This website contains references to third party content or third party content is included. We cannot accept any responsibility for the data protection practices of other website operators.
